Mugshot of Samuel Reese, age 21, charged with seven cases of burglary. Born in England, he worked as a laborer. It is noted that he has a 1/2 inch scar beneath his lower lip. Reese was arrested on June 21, 1903 by Albert Nothacker. Further research shows he went by the alias of Jack Arkright. He plead guilty to the crimes. Reese was sent to the Huntington reformatory.

Davis was arrested on June 23, 1903 by Bradshaw and Thomas Evans. Further research shows that he confessed to the crimes. Davis was sent to the Huntington reformatory.

It is noted that he has a large vaccination mark on his left arm and a star shaped scar on his right ear. Reese was arrested on August 8, 1903 by T.L. Williams and M. Spellman. Further research shows that he was part of a group the robbed many locations along the Lackawanna railroad. Reese pled guilty to the crimes.

Further research shows that he had confessed. The officers also waited for him to eat his breakfast before taking him to the county jail.

He was arrested on August 9. 1903 by Davis, Williams, and Peters. Further research shows that he was part of a group the robbed many locations along the Lackawanna railroad.

Mugshot of Frank Fahey, age 22, who was arrested for murder and carrying concealed weapons. He was born in Kingston Pa., and worked as a painter. Fahey was arrested by James McGouldrick on August 28, 1903. Further research shows he accidentally shot William Williams while drunk. The pair were drunk and trying out Fahey's new gun. Fahey would be sentenced to 9 months in the county jail on the charge of involentary manslaughter.

Mugshot of Archie Edwards who was arrested for being a horse and cow thief. It is noted that he also went by the alias of Frank Rivers. Further research shows that Edwards was wanted in connection with more than twenty-five horse thefts throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. He was sentenced to Eastern State Penitentiary for three years.

Mugshot of Edward Harford, who also used the name Al Reed. He is shown wearing a striped shirt under a jacket. Further research shows that he was arrested for the theft of a watch, coat, and opera glasses from the trunk of John Ruane. Harford confessed to the crime and was sentenced to one year in jail.

Mugshot of Joseph DiStofo, age 22, who was charged with feloniously wounding. It is noted that he shot Bernard Egan on the ear at the corner of 9th St. and West Lackawanna Ave. In Scranton, Pa. He was born in Italy and worked as a hod carrier and laborer. DiStofo was arrested on September 27, 1903 by George Jones and McHale. Further research shows that the local newspapers have his name as Gionanni D'Stephano. The shooting occurred during a fight on a street car.

Mugshot of John W. Kelly, age 20, charged with receiving stolen goods. It is noted that he also went by the name of Butch Kelly. Born in Scranton, Kelly worked a laborer. He was arrested by Dieter and Day on October 14, 1903. Further research shows that Kelly participated in a burlgary of a barber shop. Seven razors, four pairs of clippers, and cigars were stolen.

Further research shows that Frankfort participated in a burlgary of a barber shop. Seven razors, four pairs of clippers, and cigars were stolen.
