Information provided is date of entry, name of warden or acting warden, name of deputy warden, number of inmates received, number of inmates transferred, number of inmates discharged, number of misconducts reported, and a description of any noteworthy events that occurred in the facility on that date. Images are arranged chronologically by date of entry. This collection is part of the Department of Justice which administers the state correctional institutions for the Commonwealth.
