The full title of this series is: Reports and Testimony in Relation to Investigations Made by a Subcommittee of the State Board of Charities and the Board of Trustees, 1890-1896, 1935 and it contains reports, correspondence, and transcripts of testimony taken in investigations conducted by the subcommittee if the State Board of Charities and the Board of trustees into the treatment of prisoners and escape attempts at the Industrial Reformatory at Huntingdon.
