Each entry provides the date, time, and place of the meeting; members present; list of cases entertained, recommendations of the Board, adjournments for executive sessions and end of meeting, and the signature of the Secretary of the Board. Also included are minutes of merit review sessions to determine whether cases will be granted public hearing. Later minutes include merit review and public hearing vote sheets which indicated how each Board member voted. Other topics include: waiting periods for reapplication following denial, remission of fines and forfeitures, follow up on deferred cases and cases held under advisement, and arbitration for pre-release cases.
