Dixmont State Hospital, Annual Reports, 1848, 1850-1875, This Digital Object is provided in a collection that is included in POWER LIBRARY: Pennsylvania Photos and Documents, which is funded by the Office of Commonwealth Libraries of Pennsylvania/Pennsylvania Department of Education., Annual and biennial reports documenting the financial status and activities of the hospital. Information provided includes reports prepared by the superintendent, treasurer, farmer, storekeeper, and head housekeeper, among others. The reports include statistical tables documenting the patient population, hospital expenditures, and production of the farm. In addition, for each year in operation between 1897 and 1934 there is a listing of nurses who graduated from the Dixmont Hospital Training School.
