Four volumes of registers documenting the expenditures of the Supreme Executive Council. These registers were maintained in order to keep balance accounts with the Comptroller General. Each expenditure was approved by order of the council. Typical reasons for expenditures include land surveys, salaries for councilors, government officials and clerks, and purchase of supplies.
