Keystone Academy, Moore Hall, Keystone College (La Plume, Pa.)-Buildings-History
Built in 1880, Moore Memorial Hall was originally known as the Ladies Institute. It was later named for Thomas Moore, former chairman of the Board of Trustees. In 1930, the hall underwent renovations which included steam heating system and electricity. In 1963, it began to house the Director of Development and Public Relations, the Director of Alumni Relations, the Nokomis yearbook, the Keystonian student newspaper, and the infirmary.
