Pamphlet is anti-abolitionist, and also contains Judge Woodward's son's letter in response to attacks on his father by T. J. Bigham, as well as the Judge's response. Pages contains some bleed from preceding pages.

Biography of Lambert Cadwalder, an American merchant and leader in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He fought in the Revolutionary War, then represented New Jersey in the Continental Congress and the U.S. Congress.

Speaks of the Quebec Act, which allowed Catholics to hold positions in business and politics in English colonies. Points to the anti-Catholic sentiment of the original colonies, which they attempted to overcome in their appeal to Quebec during the Revolution.
