This supplemental arbitration award from the board of arbitration case number USS-23, 612 is between United States Steel and United Steelworkers of America Local Union 1397 and IJOP Grievances. The IJOP grievances are in relation to the hiring of people at the USS-Pittsburgh Works that violated Union rights. The company then complied.

This document is the by-laws of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 326, 326-A, 326-B, 326-C. These by-laws were approved January 15, 1955 in Casper, Wyoming.

This booklet is a contract between the Progressive Mine Workers of America District No. 5 and the following; Providence Coal Mining Company, Meador, Young & Holt Company, Lick Creek Coal Company, Williams Coal Company, Norton Coal Corporation, Sixth Vein Coal Company, Hart Coal Corporation, Ruckman Coal Company, Dawson Daylight Coal Company, Dawson Colleries, Reinecke Coal Mining Company, Trio Coal Company. The contract went into effect on July 1, 1938 and expired July 1, 1940.

The Fight Against Overtime Drop the United Way letter is addressed to the employees of the 160' mill from Ronald Weisen, the President of the USWA Local 1397 and Mike Stout, the grievance chairman of the USWA Local 1397. The letter warns the workers of working overtime as it is a ploy by the company to overwork their employees. The letter also instructs employees to boycott the United Way as an act of protest against the overtime.
