Looking west on the Allegheny River at Hickory Street ca 1910. The stone building in the foreground is Warren's second city lock-up, replacing an earlier frame building on the other side of the suspension bridge. The 1918 concrete Hickory Street bridge crossed the river at the site of the stone jail.
