Mugshot of William Fox, age 17, who was arrested for burglary. Born in Scranton, Pa., he worked as a laborer. Fox was arrested on August 9, 1903 by Davis, Williams, and Peters. Further research shows that he had confessed. The officers also waited for him to eat his breakfast before taking him to the county jail.

It is noted that he has "AMC" tattoed along with two hands clasped over a heart on his right forearm. McCarty also has a 1 1/2 inch scar on his left cheek. He was arrested on August 9. 1903 by Davis, Williams, and Peters. Further research shows that he was part of a group the robbed many locations along the Lackawanna railroad.
