Identification photographs -- Scranton (Pa.), Crime -- Scranton (Pa.)
Mugshot of Edmund Jones, age 49, who was arrested for larceny. Born in Scranton, Pa., he worked as a laborer. It is noted that he has a blue mark over the bridge of his nose. On March 7, 1904, Jones was arrested by Savetts and Bradshaw. Further research shows that he helped steal a sewing machine.

Mugshot of David Williams, age 20, who was charged with larceny. Born in Wales, he worked as a laborer. It is noted that he has D.W. tatted on his right forearm. On March 7. 1904, he was arrested by Savetts and Bradshaw. Further research shows that he stole a sewing machine ftom a home.

Mugshot of Andrew Swift, age 25, who was charged with larceny. He was arrested by Davis and Savetts on March 7, 1904. Further research shows Swift was the ring leader of a gang of criminals who broke into Mary Sullivan's home. The group stole mutliple items including a sewing machine, linens, and silverware.

Mugshot of John Caufield, age 19, who was arrested for the larceny of watches. Born in England, he worked as a laborer. Caufield had a scar on his right breast. He was arrested on March 7, 1904.
