Photograph of a small airplane that made an emergency landing on the evening of December 25, 1971, in the parking lot of Donaldson’s Crossroads shopping center. Also includes instructions to parents and guardians and pupils, Pennsylvania’s attendance code, a certificate of promotion to the tenth grade and the envelope in which the booklet was placed. Photograph of boys in a horse-drawn wagon on the Froebe farm, circa 1917. Overhead and behind the wagon, suspended from wheels on an overhead track, is a litter box with a dumping mechanism.
