May Day at the junior college is always a bright affair, with pageantry and regality taking place of the usual informal campus demeanor. The ceremonies usually are held on the north campus, except when the weather is inclement. In that case, the proceedings are carried on in the gymnasium. Guest day at the school has been set aside for prospective students to visit the institution as guests, together with their parents, so that they can get some idea of life and learning at the school.'
