A second letter from Lemuel Coffin to John Shrigley, both members of the original board of trustees of Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades, on Feb 27, 1889. In the letter, Mr. Coffin describes I.V. Williamson's deteriorating health and his desire to see the piece of property in Media before the trustees purchase it.
