Religious services, Students, Susquehanna University
The Christmas Candlelight Vigil has been an annual tradition at Susquehanna since 1966. Attended by students, faculty, staff and friends, the service begins in the dark with only one lit candle carried by the chaplain. From this single light, all of the candles are lit until the room moves from darkness to light. The University chorus is seen sharing the light in this 1996 photo.
