The Micro-Monitor Operators were a group of students who were familiar with the IBM Personal Computer. Their purpose was to advise students using the computers in the campus computer labs. Later the group changed their name to the Micro-Computer Monitors. The student monitors are seen in this 1985 image.

Seen here are the 1985 members of the Panhellenic Council. The main purpose of the Council was to maintain healthy inter-sorority relationships. Monthly meetings were held to answer questions and resolve problems. The Council also sponsored a number of social functions.

The fraternity Phi Sigma Kappa was colonized in 1969 and joined the national fraternity in 1973. The fraternity's colors were silver and magenta and its motto was "Brotherhood, scholarship, charter." This image shows the Phi Sigma Kappa brotherhood in 1985.

Groundbreaking for Seibert Memorial Hall occurred on September 25, 1901. The neoclassical style building, with its eight Corinthian columns was a commanding sight and remains so today. This photo shows Seibert Hall, enhanced by the beautiful weather in 1985.

The Society of Physics Students was formed so that students could discuss topics not touched upon in the classroom. Liquid crystal displays, meteorological defense satellites, and RCA laboratories are a few examples of the group's discussion topics. They also took field trips to such places as the New York Hologram Museum and Goddard Space Center. As we can see from this 1985 image, clearly there were a few Star Wars and Indiana Jones fans in the crowd as well. Look out for those light sabres!
