The University's new student center opened its doors in 1968 and one of its most popular attractions was the game room. In addition to the pool and ping- pong tables shown in this image, students also enjoyed games of chess, checkers and Scrabble.

The rise of hemlines in the 1960s brought with it the one piece pantyhose. Stockings were replaced as the leg wear of choice among college co-eds by pantyhose in various colors and patterns.

In 1968, the Susquehanna Players began rehearsal for the protest play "Viet Rock" as shown in this image. The play was performed in the Benjamin Apple Theater in Bogar Hall in January 1969. The bold language and sexual references in the play made it a must-see event on campus.
