Built in 1870, Harris Hall was named for founder, benefactor, and first college president John H. Harris. The building was 95 x 50 ft. The building had a chapel, study room, and two additional rooms which accommodated 200 students. Between 1945-1949, Harris Hall was used as the principle classroom building. In the 1980s, Harris Hall was renovated. Today, it accommodates administrative offices, classrooms, and computer labs.
