Dean Wilbur L. Williams is probably the busiest man in La Plume. To him falls much of the unpleasant work of making out reports, posting probation lists, and sending home notices of excess cuts from classes. All of these undesirable documents bear his signature. Formerly a journalists, the Dean now uses that knowledge to good advantage as faculty supervisor of all student publications. A more capable man could not be imagined to fill his position, and as first assistant to the President, he is helping to mould the great future of our growing institution.- Nokomian 1939
