Steele's Popular Sciences, Keystone Academy, Steele's Popular Science, Carpenter
A popular chemistry by Joel Dorman Steele is a textbook that was published in 1887. Book includes many handwritten notes and names linked to Keystone Academy including a Robert A Carpenter (1889-1890)(possibly the R.A. Carpenter written in the book) and an Arthur Carpenter (1871) which could be the A Carpenter on the first page. We also have written on the bottom of that page “swift loves Miss Haymond” , 1800’s (1890-1891) there was a Charles Swift and Hattie Haymond that were both in the same class.
