A photograph of the front view of a silver casket for a minute from a special meeting of the Town Council, Dunfermline, Scotland and a burgess ticket given to Andrew Carnegie. The silver casket includes numerous decorations, a raised part in the lid that has a castle turret and two lions on either side and an engraved plaque that reads: "the freedom of the City and Royal Burgh of Dunfermline, presented to Andrew Carnegie 12 July 1877." The casket rests upon a wooden base. Caption title.; On cardboard mount: 26 x 34 cm
