Letter dated January 7, 1908 from William Nimick Frew to Andrew Carnegie, in response to Frew's letter postmarked December 31st, mentioning that his generous contribution will be used to assist in the maintenance of the Carnegie Institute. Frew also tells Carnegie that members of the Councils, the Mayor and Heads of Department will be coming to the Library Building for a meeting that he would like to make an annual event.
