A transcript of two brief talks given by Andrew and Louise Carnegie to the women of the Margaret Morrison Carnegie College. Also included is Andrew Carnegie's speech delivered to the men of the Carnegie Technical Institute. The three speeches were delivered in Pittsburgh during the Carnegies' visit to the city in 1910.
