A typescript letter (marked ""copy"") from Arthur Arton Hamerschlag to John A. Poynton. Hamerschlag expresses his desire to own all of the property abutting the Carnegie Institute of Technology but explains he has no money to do so. He mentions that he tried to explain this to Andrew Carnegie.
