A photograph of the front view of a decorative oak carved casket containing a burgess ticket admitting and receiving Andrew Carnegie "into the freedom of the County of the City of Waterford" for his gift of a public library. The casket is carved with decorations and has two carved female figures on the top, one is holding and playing a harp.
