The reverse side shows two figures, a man caring a child, there is a serpent intertwined around the mans feet and reaching to attack his left side. This publication is the text of an address delivered on August 4th, 1910 to the Fourth International American Conference, Buenos Aires. Andrew Carnegie was unanimously voted by delegates to receive the Pan-American medal.
