Description

Philadelphia Green teamed with the Fairmount and Spring Garden Neighbors to plant wildflowers and perennials from the terraces of the Eastern State Penitentiary, through Spring Garden Street, to the boulevard leading up to the 30th Street Station. The ribbon stretched to a section of Delaware Boulevard from Chestnut to Market.
