Coming out of a 1988 study by Andropogan Associates for the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society titled Landscape Improvement Plan 26th Street Gateway Corridor into Center City, PHS worked with partners to make the 26th Street Gateway a more inviting welcome to the City of Philadelphia.
