Notes

This document clarifies the selection process of students, according to Mr. Williamson's wishes. Students were to be between 16 and 18 years old, preference was given to those from Philadelphia, then Bucks County, then Delaware County. They had to pass a simple academic (" scholastic") test and a physical examination.
